Overview

Sending Profiles allows you to choose how you send emails to the target users. You can use different sending profiles for different types of attacks. Example: sending profile for LinkedIn based attacks, sending profiles for Gmail based attacks etc. You can create your own new sending profile from scratch or edit an existing sending profile.

Sending Profile

You can access the Sending Profile by clicking the Advanced option.

You will see a list of existing Sending Profiles.

You can use the Copy icon when you want to create a sending profile by editing an existing one. You can edit all the fields like the Name, From, Host, Username and Password to create a new sending profile. You can learn more about the fields in the New Sending Profile section below.

You can use the Edit icon when you want to update an existing sending profile with new changes.

You can use the Delete icon when you want to delete a sending profile.

New Sending Profile

You can also create a new email template from scratch by clicking the Create option.

Enter the Name you want to give your New Sending Profile.
The From field captures the email address from which the email is triggered. It’s important to make sure that your “From” address is a valid email address format.
Enter the Host address of the email. Make sure you the “Host” information is entered in the host:port format.
Enter your Username and Password of the address.

You can use the Send Test Email to see if the sending profile is working fine.

Click Create and your sending profile is ready to be used in phishing campaigns.
