Overview

A voucher is a coupon provided by the learning administrator or the organization for the learners to enroll themselves in a course or multiple courses.

How to redeem a voucher?

If the learning administrator or the organization has enabled the widget for Redeem your Voucher it will be seen as shown below. Enter your Voucher Code in the empty box available under the Redeem your Voucher section.

The voucher can be used by the learner to enroll themselves for a course by clicking the Submit button.

On clicking Submit button if there is an error message such as “Invalid coupon” or “the voucher with this code has already been used ”  verify your Voucher once. If you still find it correct, contact your administrator for support.
