User Interface
Overview
The User Interface for the LMS is designed to remain simple and intuitive while making it efficient for the users to complete their tasks.
Page Structure
This image shows a typical page structure for the Home Page (post Login).
The Header part of the page includes the Logo of your organization, Role-based Tabs (Ex. Admin, Learn), and the Quick Menu icons(Ex. Profile icon, Notifications).
The Actions menu(Ex. Courses, Transcripts) for the selected Role-based Tab will be displayed as a part of the header.
The body of the page will contain Widgets as designed by your Organization’s Admin.
Roles and Tabs

Manager | ![]() | Automatic access if user is linked as a manager in another users profile | Users who are assigned the role, to access courses and modify them, as well as perform certain administrative level tasks related to courses, users, etc. |
Reporter | ![]() | Assigned by the Administrator | User will have access to all the reports in the system. |
Administrator | ![]() | Assigned by the Administrator | User can perform all admin functions like creating users, deleting users, assigning roles etc. |

Widgets
Widgets are small blocks of frequently used information or functions that the user can view or perform right from the home screen without having to open that page. For example, this could be a list of Mandatory Courses, a calendar, status of my Course completions, or My Accomplishments. For the user to use a Widget, it should be enabled by the Administrator.
Courses
The Courses tab shows a list of all the courses that are available for you.

Transcripts
The transcript is an evaluated detailed record of all the courses that the learner has completed.
There are various forms of Transcripts that can be accessed by the learner in this tab.

Help and Support
“Support Ticket” is a method of communicating your issues by raising a Ticket. When the learners face an issue in the LMS, they open Support Tickets. When that issue is resolved, the Ticket is closed by the Support team.

Quick Buttons
Profile
Every learner has a profile page which may be reached from the profile icon on the top right of the screen and then by clicking the View Profile. This page allows the learner to edit their profile information and preferences.
Notifications
A notification is a message that the system displays to provide the user with reminders or other timely information from your LMS. Users can tap the notification to take an action directly from the Notifications page.
Language
If there are additional Languages available in your LMS instance you will be able to switch to the Language of your choice.
Search
The Learners can quickly locate Courses by searching for specific words or phrases using the Search Option.
