Send Activation Email
Overview
You can send an activation email to the users after enrolling them in at least one course. However, users will have to set the passwords once they receive the activation email to activate their account.
How to Send Activation Email?
Click the Users option under the Admin section.
Select the Send Activation Email option.
On the top left side, the learner can choose how many Entries he wants to see on a page.
In case the learner has too many entries, the learner may use the Search option on the right side.
Select the user(s) you want to send the activation mail to.
Click the Submit option.
In the Mail Template, enter the details as asked. The details entered here will be the mail sent for activation.
Click Send after entering the details to send the activation mail successfully.
How to check Mail Status?
Click the Users option under the Admin section.
Select the Send Activation Email option.
Click the Mail Status option on the right side of your screen.
On the top left side, the learner can choose how many Entries he wants to see on a page.
In case the learner has too many entries, the learner may use the Search option on the right side.
Click the eye icon to preview the mail and the mail status.
Click the icon next to the eye icon to resend the mail.
