Bulk User
Overview
Admins can add unregistered users in bulk. The admins can also create a new sub-department to add the new user.
How to add Bulk User?
Click the Users option under the Admin section.
Select the User List option.
Click the Bulk User option on the right side of your screen.
Use the dropdown menu to choose the type of Authentication you want.
If you select Manual, you will be provided with options of how you want to generate the password for the user.
Then, Download the Bulk User upload file format and update the contents of the user in the CSV file.
Upload the updated CSV file and click Upload to successfully add bulk users.
If you select any other type of authentication then, Download the Bulk User upload file format and update the contents of the user in the CSV format.
Upload the updated CSV file and click Upload to successfully add bulk users.
